8th Annual Chuck Phelps Memorial Bonspiel

Thank you for your interest in the 8^th Annual Chuck Phelps Memorial Bonspiel. 

Entry Fee of $200.00 per team includes 2-six end games, soup and sandwiches for lunch and pizza dinner after the spiel is over.   Soup and sandwiches will be served from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. All family and friends are more than welcome to come down to the club and share in the fun and fellowship, they do not have to curl to join in on the day.  We will be running a couple of games throughout the day to entertain all.

All proceeds from this event will be donated back to the Woodstock Curling Center.

A FEW ITEMS TO TAKE NOTE OF:

• Registration must occur in advance of the event, the first 16 paid TEAM entries received will be reserved.
• Only full Team registrations accepted on-line.  If you wish to register as an individual, please email Keith Eppenberger at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  Keith will try his best to get you on a team.
• E-transfer payment for the entire team to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.; indicate your Team Name in the comments area; if this is not possible, please indicate, when registering that you will pay via cheque or cash.
• Every participant, if not already a member of the Center, will be required to sign a Waiver & Release of Liability Form on the day of the event, prior to stepping on the ice.  You may read the details of the Form HERE.

• Each team will play two 6 end games.  There is an Early Draw starting at 9:00 am & a Late Draw which starts at 11:00am.  Please arrive by 8:30 a.m. if you are playing on the Early Draw and 10:30 a.m. if you are scheduled for the Late Draw. 
• Please instruct your team members to carry in a clean pair of indoor rubber soled shoes with absolutely no dirt or sand on the bottom.  You cannot wear the street shoes that you wore to this event, on the ice.
• Wear warm, layered loose-fitting clothing
• Hang your coat & change into your curling shoes in the locker rooms (downstairs: ladies to the right, gents to the left
• No credit-card service is available on site.
